Throughout the first week, I was eased into everything in the company. I started the first day by just doing a lot of informational videos along with videos talking about fair housing laws that made sure we knew the law. The second and third days, I did a lot of ILoveLeasing work, where I went through leads and responded to people and helped with the issues they had. On the fourth day, I worked on site at a senior living home, where I gave a property tour and did several leasing things in the office. My favorite thing I did was the on site work, because I could see the change I was making in the peoples lives. I wasn’t a huge fan of the orientation items, due to it being boring but I do understand why we had to do them. It was a challenge figuring out the ILoveLeasing, but once I got it, I was able to make some changes that made it easier.
