This week I took a trip to Mill Works, another Dominium property, to assist on turns for a couple of their units. We cleaned the units, did some minor maintenance fixes like replacing light bulbs and unclogging sinks. In addition I got to experience troubleshooting technical issues with our YARDI.

A great week at A-mill, learned a lot about the prospect process and how we keep in contact with interested possible renters, even when fully occupied. And the lease renewals are rolling in for July.   – Photo from the A-mill rooftop club area.
