This week we had multiple issues receiving a new door, first the shipping company had a truck that was too large to get into the back alley of the property, and then the next day they brought a truck without a lift gate so we couldn’t get the crate out of the truck. Finally they brought a truck small enough to maneuver into our alley and had a lift to drop the crate down, it was still a bit sketchy because they could barely get fit it on the lift, but we made it work.
