This is my second to last week here at my summer internship, We delivered leases for the upcoming month and sent out late notices for delinquencies on energy bills.  I have also been creating my summer capstone presentation.  We had a higher than usual amount of maintenance calls this week, I needed to assist on some as well as use customer service skills to help explain situations to tenants and avoid conflicts.
