Our regional manager and vice president came by last week to check on us making sure everything is good at Elmcreek. It was pretty nerve racking because it was my first time meeting them. Our regional manager also bought lunch for everyone.

We had our biannual inspection this week. We do this twice a year, just making sure everything is working for them, nothing is broken down, make sure that the unit is livable and clean.

Spent some time in the office gathering prospect guest card together and gave a tour to prospect. After the tour the prospect decided to apply I did my first application by myself. I also did some organizing in the office, threw away some useless stuff.

Had the chance to cover for my community manager when she have her PTO. Did a lot of Yardi entries, emailing and calling prospect, putting in work orders, and gave one tour to a prospect.

I started on June 3rd at Dominium’s corporation office, me and the other interns took a group picture before training. There were 7 of us interning for property management, 3 Stout students 1 Stout alumni, 2 from from St.Thomas, and 1 from University of Northern Iowa.
