At Elmcreek Apartment we had our parking lot striping and sweeping on June 25th and 26th. Both day we had over 10 cars towed due to the car not move from the lot. After the car was tow resident came in complaining about car being towed. We gave out notice out before the striping and sweeping. Some resident claim that they didn’t get the notice. Some even said they misread the information thought just some area of the lot, so they moved their card to the other side of the lot which was towed. Another resident claim that she just got out of the hospital and came in our office yelling, screaming, and swearing at us ” Why would you do this to your resident”. We told her that we had to do it, it is a business.
