Today I learned how to properly code and turn in property bills and invoices. The main thing we need is the correct code for whatever bill or invoice is being filed and we need an explanation of what it’s for. An example would be for our carpet cleaning. What’s needed is: signature, date, property number, code, and explanation of what the bill is. Every bill that is paid needs this on the front of it before it’s sent into our regional office.
