Pretty busy here for a week in the middle of the month. I spent most of the day helping in the office, doing a few apartment showings and going through a lease with a new tenant.

Today i Walked around with our property owner to all of our vacant units. She pointed out the different things she looks at while inspecting empty units. We went through and wrote down everything that she wanted cleaned or fixed and gave the report to our maintenance supervisor.

Without much else going on this week, I spent most of the day with our property manager going over where we put security deposits. We went through the process of receiving and dispersing the deposits back to previous tenants. With proper bookkeeping this can be a very straight forward process.
