Deferred Maintenance

Today I had a lengthy meeting with the Property Manager about the deferred maintenance at each of the properties owned by A&J Management. It was a great learning experience for me, and learned a great deal on how they go about deciding what tasks need to be completed first. I look forward to learning more.
