About once a month, depending on the time of year, the owner and manager sit down for a meeting to talk about the current financial state of the company. I was fortunate enough to be able to join them this month for their meeting. It was very informative and such a great learning experience. We talked a lot about filling the current vacancies and bringing our cash flow up.
