This week has been very slow. We have had very few tours and move-ins. Therefore, I have learned more about different scenarios and job duties on the property. I helped maintenance out for a week and got to see start and finish how to turn an apartment. I got to listen to the pricing call with the WI Community Directors and hear the different proposals based on each property. During that call, we also got to talk about how our property is performing. I also learned how to start the eviction process if necessary. Today, we have a Madison Team Meeting at 3 pm. I’m excited to hear what each property has planned for its residents and listen to how each property has performed over the last month. I have loved learning everything throughout my internship with Weidner and cannot wait to see what knowledge I can develop.
