Customer service is of the utmost importance at Green Touch Lawn. This week a customer complaint came across my desk that I had to investigate. A maintenance customer had an employee that reported a damaged windshield from one of our crews. I gathered information from the reporting manager at the facility. I interviewed the crew manager from Green Touch regarding the time, scope, and location of work performed at the site on the reported date. I complied all of the information in a report to review with the boss. The most important aspect of the task was to assure updates and present final communication to our customer for complaint resolution.
