Customer service is of the utmost importance at Green Touch Lawn. This week a customer complaint came across my desk that I had to investigate. A maintenance customer had an employee that reported a damaged windshield from one of our crews. I gathered information from the reporting manager at the facility. I interviewed the crew manager from Green Touch regarding the time, scope, and location of work performed at the site on the reported date. I complied all of the information in a report to review with the boss. The most important aspect of the task was to assure updates and present final communication to our customer for complaint resolution. Image is our business visually at the sites and internally at the customer service level.
