My day started with a construction meeting at 9:30 AM. The architect, construction manager, superintendent, property manager, and Bigos’ head of renovations attended the meeting. We addressed many issues such ADA accessibility, concrete schedule, resident notifications, flood testing schedule, and planter repairs. We developed and implemented a plan to address the issues. Renovations are much more difficult than new construction because you do not have a fully occupied building to worry about. I had three other meetings throughout the day
