When people are looking for a new place to call home, there are often certain features or amenities they desire. Asking people what they are looking for can help you to sell your property because when you know what they want, you can point out those features in your community. If they want a washer and dryer on site, I often point out how great it is that in our homes they are all in the home, so they do not have to leave their apartment to do laundry. This makes a lot of people happy, and if that is a feature they are not finding in their apartment search experience, they are sure to remember that, and are more likely to lease from the place that has an important feature for them.
