For the 6th week of my internship, I was assigned to my areas of property inspection. The 1st property I inspected was chaperoned but it quickly lead to independent inspections. The picture featured is from the rooftop of my office which I was entrusted to inspect solo. The inspections tie into the budgeting process so we can get bids on necessary repairs for the property. I inspected 4 properties in total, all being commercial offices. Overall these tasks and processes have brought me more knowledge than I anticipated and brought a new mindset to looking at property.
