Last Friday, the office staff at Highlands worked until 2:00pm, and then spent the rest of the day on a team-building hike with our Area Director, Brad. It was cool to get to know my co-workers outside of the office, and witness some incredible Alaskan scenery. At the end of the hike, Brad pointed out that hiking as a team shares many things in common with working at a property as a team. We work together, and accommodate each member’s needs to reach our goals.
