I have had some practice with our apartment status summary board and it’s basically a fool proof way to keep track of all of our vacant apartments and all the apartments that are on notice. With this board, we are able to communicate with our maintenance team with all things related to turning apartments and the dates in which things will be done. We keep track of when final walks need to be done and when the apartments were vacated. This helps with communication and it helps us in the office when we need check on availability of each apartment.
