Since I’m still pretty new, I’ve only given a few tours on my own and I’ve learned that no matter how much time you have to prepare for a tour, sometimes it’s just not enough time. I’ve had this couple who had an appointment set up for over a week to come in and tour the property, once they got here the office was so hectic at the time, that I didn’t give the best tour that I could have, and they ended up not renting from us. It’s a good learning experience for next time to not get distracted by what’s happening in the office and pay attention to the clients in front of you.
