Days like yesterday really make me appreciate the amazing maintenance staff we have here at Silver Ridge and really all properties. It was really hot and muggy outside yesterday and I had to walk around from building to building delivering these move in packages. I was only outside for about an hour but that was a very brutal hour. I was tired, hot and drained from only that brief little encounter with the elements. On my walk back I noticed my maintenance tech (who is short staffed) on his hands and knees cleaning out a garage. I was complaining about an hour of just walking around, nothing even intensive, and Monday through Friday our maintenance crew is out there grinding away to make sure the property is in tip-top shape. It takes a lot out of you to work in this heat especially while your short staffed. I’m glad we have such a suburb maintenance staff here that is willing to work through whatever the conditions are.
