I finally was able to meet my area director, Renee. She had been on maternity leave and just came back. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. She also is great at teaching. I walked vacant apartments with her and she helped me learn what to look for to make sure the apartment is vacant and ready to show. She is very efficient and responds right away to any questions I ask her. She has been a great resource and role model. She is a great leader and knows how to manage without micro-managing. She is very open to questions and has made me realize how rewarding this industry can be!
