The second day in Arizona was very educational. First we listened to Jack O’Conner talk about the company. He explained Weidner to us like he said he would to the Wall Street Journal. He talked about his start in the industry how he got to Weidner, he talked about Dean, where the company is now, and what the future company plans are. Then we were allowed to ask questions. After Jack we had a panel of past MITs who talked about the program. Then we did an activity to learn the Weidner vision, mission, and values. After that we toured Weidner properties.
