This week was my final week with the community manager, it was overall a great week. I got to learn a lot about leases and all that goes into sending a lease as well as putting people on notices and also sending renewal offers. This week we also had a regional event on Lake Minnetonka, we got to close the office at 12 on Friday and go out on a boat with the region. It was super fun and cool to meet everyone. We also got to deal with Amazon packages being placed in the wrong area. This has been an on going issue where they leave them anywhere and do not log them into the package system.
