Week one I was with maintenance, I learned a lot. We had a flood in one of the units that started from a pipe that disconnected. I also learned how to put in portable A/C units as well as clean and refill old units. We had tons of work orders for A/C because of the heat!
Week Two I was part of the leasing team, I leased my first few apartment which was very exciting as well as I learned how to answer phone calls and reach out to residents! I dealt with many residents whose A/Cs were out. I also got to walk units for move ins!
