Today I sat in on a pretty awkward situation between an employee and my boss. She had a relationship with another employee and it was prohibiting them from completing their work. One employee admitted to it and the other did not. HR did an investigation and found out that their was a relationship between the two. I was there to be a witness to the entire conversation. We had to remove both employees from the account and put them on the displaced workers list.
