The tensions between our day manager and the staff at International Plaza finally boiled over at the end of last week. A new manager at the building has been hovering over our manager for the last couple of days and it caused her to break down. She was in tears and said she would rather quit than continue working at that building. She is one of my bosses favorite managers and has been working for ABM for a long time. I hope our staff and their staff can come to an agreement ASAP.
