Last week our garage door broke and is becoming an extremely costly repair. Before any repaid is done our management company requires us to get quotes from three different vendors. All of the vendors have ballparked this repair around $10,000 which is not necessarily in our budget, Because this item is not budgeted for we also have to get an approval from the corporate office.
