    Busy with move out season

    June 9, 2017

A&J Management is primarily a student housing provider, and the majority of our leases for our main property were up at the end of May. Very busy time with about 30 move outs in the matter of a week. We then about 24 of the units turned within the next week and ready for new tenants to move in. The remaining units weren’t needed right  away so they have been slowly turned as needed. We have about 3 units left that need some work. It has been a very busy 2 weeks.
