On Tuesday, one the leasing agents called in sick, so I inherited all of her tasks of responding to leads, appointments and follow-ups. I was doing many tasks for the first time, which was stressful and challenging. However, the other leasing agent and property manager helped me tremendously. Plus, I learned more information and gained more skills in that day than any other day this internship.
