We’ve had a lot of problems with the children in our community since it’s summer. The children in the community have been playing in the parking lot a lot, have had no adult supervision, and are out until late at night. We had to send out a child notice to all of the residents stating the rules of our property and how children cannot be playing in the parking lot and need to be supervised by an adult at all times.
A portion of your Real Estate Property Management coursework includes Cooperative Education. These intern positions apply your classroom knowledge in a professional work setting, where you’ll gain confidence in your skills and abilities.
