Common Area Theft

We caught a tenant today stealing electricity from the hallway. We have already served him with a non renewal letter, and is set to move out at the end of the month. The eviction process wouldn’t be fast enough to get him moved out sooner. To end the theft of the electricity we just disconnected the wires all together so the outlets no longer work.
