Last week I had the pleasure of joining the accounting team for Cost Plus Billing. I put together countless pages of billing for each manager to confirm the costs accrued throughout the month. At the end of the week I had to scan each packet to the manager so they could confirm. I am glad that I am not an accountant because that was terrible. I did see some room for improvement on the process though. The whole process made me say “there has to be a better way of doing this”.
