This weekend at the Grand Geneva has been crazy! The Country Thunder Music Festival is taking place very close to our hotel, and therefore we are completely and utterly booked. Apparently there was a glitch in our system allowing for guests to purchase a pass to the Geneva Club for cheaper than indented. This resulted in us having over 400 guests signed up for the Geneva Club on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! The photo I have attached is of me and my team right before our dinner service. I am signing this post after our dinner service on Friday night and it was definitely a learning experience. We were nonstop moving from 2:30pm-10:00pm. Weather it was bartending, having conversations with guests, filling out forms, or running around the resort, we did it all. I am really excited for our Saturday and Sunday dinner services, as I hope to learn from my experiences today, and become faster and more efficient tomorrow.
