Crazy Busy

Well currently Alaska is in a slow market and we have been having trouble renting apartments so we decided to post some crazy deals on Craigslist and it is working! The phone has been ringing nonstop and we have had showings left and right this week. Today we had over 7 showings but we ended up leasing 3 apartments! Taking money off initial move in costs is helping greatly!
