Yesterday we had a resident put in a work order for us AC at 9am, our maintenance went there and fixed it only for it to break again a half hour later. They then brought him our portable unit as we had to order a part for the actual AC unit. The resident still isn’t happy and has called the regional office and threatened to call the news and his lawyer. We even offered to pay for a hotel for him and he still isn’t happy. Sometimes the only thing we can do is wait for the resident to calm down and then try and find a solution.
