Today as we were getting a mini model ready, we did some last little clean ups around the apartment complex, but as we were checking the refrigerator, we noticed that it hasn’t been clean out yet. There was still food stuck on the fridge, food in the freezer. So it was up to me and another leasing consultant to clean out the fridge in order for it to be move in ready. As a leasing consultant, or even as a community director, its not just up to the cleaning crew to get everything done, you have to do it as well. You must know how to properly clean, and how everything should look, in order for it to be move in ready, and for showing prospects what it looks like. Although the fridge was completely gross, it was nice seeing the before and after of the fridge, and knowing that my work went into getting it ready as well.
