Week 2 at Diversified Real Estate Services was very similar to week 1, except there was less filing as I got most of that done last week. I completed more setup files which are mostly taking pictures of maps (area, regional, plat, state, and aerial) and then adding a dot to where the subject is on the map, finding out the buyer, seller, PID, flood zone, owner/taxpayer, etc. I learned how to close a file which is essentially putting in the important facts of a report into a huge reports excel file and then moving the red rope folder into storage.
