Week 4 I continued searching for asking rents and comparables for various different properties. On Tuesday I went with Trevor and Maxx (both Stout alumni) to a multi-tenant retail property (pictured) inspection out in Shakopee. While we were out there we tried out Thai Tempo which is a local thai restaurant. It was really good, very friendly owner, would definitely recommend trying it out. I learned how to create a demo, which is essentially creating a demographic of the surrounding area within 1, 3, and 5 miles of the property using a website.
