This week I stayed in the office. I assisted an appraiser with a huge report for Nolan Mains apartments in Edina, MN by creating a map of the neighborhood area. I had to find a way to put all of names of the shops, restaurants, etc. onto the map picture because on the website you have to scroll to see them all and they wanted it so that you could see them all at once. I also created some excel sheets for the rent roll. I spent at least a day going through eCRV’s for a parkland that one of the appraisers is working on. The highlight of the week was when of the partners brought in breakfast sandwiches and burritos for breakfast on Thursday.
