This week I continued to do set ups and update city descriptions. One of the appraisers had a printed out table of comparables and wanted me to create an updated version of it on excel. So I had to use Costar to find all the properties, print them out with a property summary report, space card (their vacant spaces), and a tenant list, and put all the updated numbers into a new excel sheet. I found tax comps which is something I’ve never done before. It’s very similar to sales instead I use the county website to find the tax information. I ended my week putting files down in storage and organizing them.
