Yesterday i was greeted around 10am by a crying girl no older than the age of 23 entering the office saying she saw the 3 day notice on her door but didnt have the money to pay the balance. This is an extremely tough process but you need to separate personal from business in this case and many other. She will be turning keys in on the 3rd day.
