Even though last week was a little wonky, what with the 4th being in the middle of the week, we still had something exciting happen here at Zeller. We have officially purchased the Capital Center building in Indianapolis! So last week I started working on the due diligence process that happens after purchasing a building. One of my first projects for this asset is to put together a stacking plan of the building which lays out all of our tenants, along with when their lease expires and also the square footage.
