Charlie Casper is a Junior in the Real Estate Management program at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Charlie is completing a Cooperative Education (Co-Op) experience as an intern at Dominium’s A-Mill Artist Lofts in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
During the internship, Charlie will be trained in the operations and management of the property. In his first week, he will be introduced to his team and educated on Dominium’s values, procedures, policies, and software programs. From there, he will be exposed to the many different responsibilities of a property management team and learn what needs to be done in order to keep the site functional and occupied. Towards the end of his internship, he will shadow another branch of Dominium in the Development and Acquisitions department. In the final week of his internship, he will give a presentation to his superiors and peers on what he learned over the summer.
