Brandon Connett, is a Senior in the Property Management program at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Brandon is completing a Cooperative Education (Co-Op) experience as a Property Maintenance Manager at Green Touch Lawn, Inc. in Woodville, Wisconsin.
During the internship, job duties will include assisting with office tasks, communicating with customers, managing maintenance crews, submitting updated property contracts, inspecting final property worksites, learning the accounting system, reviewing current insurance coverages, and finalizing the snow management schedule. Under each job category there will be many learning opportunities that will allow the intern to apply classroom concepts to real life management decisions.
