Brooke is currently a senior who will be graduating in December 2022. She is double-majoring in Real Estate Property Management and Business Administration. She also has a minor in Investments and Finance and a minor in Economics.
This summer Brooke is completing her Cooperative Experience as an Intern with Weidner Apartment Homes. The location that she is at is Rancho Belago located in Moreno Valley, California.
During the internship, Brooke will be learning how to target the ideal customer for your individual property, the sales techniques that go into closing the deal, how to establish a budget for an apartment community, and how to become familiar with the maintenance needs of an apartment community from the beautification of its landscaping, to the efficiency of its utilities, learn how effective maintenance impacts and improves your bottom line. Brooke will also be learning how to help address residents’ concerns and answer questions. She will also be learning the application process and how to smoothly move residents into their new homes.
