My first day on site was very hectic. I started work on a Wednesday toward the end of the month. I mostly followed the community director around and learned the morning routine, where everything was located, and the layout of the community. This was helpful to get to learn what the property had to offer, as well as where things were. My community features one, two and three bedroom homes, all of which offer great amenities. I spent most of my first week just trying to get to know the property, because that would be a good base for being able to help customers.
