Today I was able to do my first property tour with a future resident and it was exciting! I have shadowed multiple tours, but I was finally able to give my own. The most important part that I have learned from giving tours is making sure that you have all the answers to their questions and if you don’t, having the resources to find those answers for them. Also, It’s super crucial to ensure the walk you are going to take with the future resident is cleaned of all debris and it’s ready to be seen by the public. Another big thing that we do each day is make one apartment ready to be shown so we can take all of our tours to one place. This is the apartment that will usually have the mini model as well. My tour was actually very successful and this prospect actually wants to move in. So, potentially, if all goes well this will be my very first lease with Weidner!
