One of our previous residents left his apartment with fleas. We though we had the problem taken care of until we moved someone into that apartment and had to emergency transfer them out of it within a week due to fleas. We had the exterminator come back and take care of the problem so we moved another resident in there. Turns out, the problem wasn’t solved either so we had to do an emergency transfer with that resident as well. We’re currently not renting or showing the apartment to anyone and looking further into the flea problem with the apartment.
