While the main road is being reconstructed by the city, workers down the road happened to block a main drainage system causing a backflow of the storm drains.
Due to the massive amount of rain and sediment building up, the backflow from the drains bled into one of our properties ponds. This caused our pond to overflow and created concerns for the structural integrity of the property. After making some calls, we were finally able to get the road crew to pump out some of the water.
Following this I had to correspond with a civil engineer to get him certain system plans of the property to try to remedy the current flooding and prevent it from happening again.
