This past week was Jet Tour for my property. Jet tour is a day that is dedicated to the president, regional and vice president of the company. They come to the property to basically “check-in” and see what areas could do better in or are doing well in. We spent Monday organizing and cleaning the office to perfection, we went the extra mile and bought a couple bunches of flowers for the office. Later that week, I helped walk units. One of the units was infested with roaches and they were starting to spread to neighboring units so today pest control came to the property and sprayed those apartments. Next week I will be helping maintenance!
