Week Four- Assistant Manager week!
This week I got to learn a little more about what my managers day to day tasks are. Here at ReNew on Stout we have commercial properties below us and next to us so we have to collect rent from them and make sure they are up to date with everything. I also learned this week how to fill out chfa paperwork for our affordable housing here. In order to get our affordable housing residents moved in all of their paperwork has to be approved by compliance and make sure they qualify.
